Everyone want to be succeed in his life, work and in his relations with the others. And it's a good thing and we all should seek success, it's a great feeling to be the manager of your work. And the richest in your Neighborhood, but wait a second. Don't let your success turn on you and bites you. Don't let your ego attack you. Cause once it did, you won't be able to conquer it.

As long as we get rich, be very successful, and get everything we want. Our ego knocks the door, we will start imaging ourselves as kings who have everything and can get anything we want. In such a situation we should stop thinking for a moment, and decide is that the person who you really want to be. That is not who you really are. When we get a promotion, that makes everybody grace us, be careful, cause once they do this, they just want to get closer to us , cause you are the manager. And you are going to feel that you own them, once we start feeling that you own people here,, you should wake up cause you are getting so arrogant that makes you feel like want to have everything and everyone. Be humble everyone is going to love you for who you really are. Not cause they need something from you therefore they will not use you

The higher you climb the wilder ego you get. So I guess we all have to train our ego not to turn around and bite us.
