Actually nothing deserve to get on your nerve. I really like this quote, because it is really true. Like we all get nervous but at what?! , I bet it is at worthless things. Like we lose our health and get a dispersed mind. Like we will get nothing by being angry and nervous. And we rarely get angry at something deserve it. Then why should we even get angry. It's kinda hard to control yourself in such situation, but at least try to not get mad.

Well for me I used to be kind of nervous. Like it was easy to get on my nerve but I find out that there is no point of that. Like sometimes I got the right to be angry but being angry make me lose this right sometimes and be on a weak standpoint. So I decided not to get angry that easy, and control myself to not to lose my rights while I'm discussing something with someone. And I really knew that being angry doesn't even worth it. I don't win anything but getting mad and lose people. So I decided to stop it.

And controlling yourself is not that easy, and it doesn't happen as soon as you take the decision. No it need practice. And step by step you will know how to control yourself while you are mad or angry. And believe me it doesn't worth it and you will not win a thing.
